Yes, many of our iconic styles, including the American Heritage series, feature Goodyear storm welt construction, which allows the boots to be resoled multiple times by a professional cobbler.
What is your return policy for online orders?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unworn boots in their original packaging. Please ensure you try your boots on indoors on a carpeted surface to avoid scuffing the outsoles before deciding to keep them.
How long does shipping take for domestic orders?
Standard ground shipping typically takes 3 to 7 business days. Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.
Do you offer a warranty on your footwear?
Thorogood offers a limited warranty against defects in workmanship and materials for up to one year from the date of purchase. This does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper care.
